      They do have decent pay compared to independently owned stores and the benefits are available and retirement benefits that most do not offer

      Cons

      The downside is the constantly shifting of schedules so that you never know what days or hours that you will be working until the week before

      They way you are valued as an employee, Bonus programs, Their ability to work around your schedule if you also have another fill time position somewhere else.

      Lack of knowledgeable part salesman. No team building exercises.
