Pros

Good place to make money. Flexible schedule for employees in college or working elsewhere. Good on the job training. User friendly computers and equipment.

Cons

Very little chance of career advancement except for those with no other options in life (no skills, experience or education). Put in your time and you can become a store manager after 10 years maybe making $45k a year.

Pros

Work Culture The company has a positive and supportive work culture. Team members and managers are approachable, helpful, and encourage collaboration. There is a healthy work–life balance. Learning & Growth I am getting good exposure to Data Engineering work and hands‑on experience with real projects. There are strong learning opportunities, and I am continuously learning new tools, technologies, and best practices. Quality of Work The work assigned is meaningful and helps in building strong technical and problem‑solving skills. The projects provide good understanding of end‑to‑end data engineering processes. Facilities (Food & Cab) Office facilities are well maintained. The food quality is good, and the cab service is reliable and convenient for daily commute. Overall Experience Overall, it is a great place to learn, grow, and start a career in Data Engineering with a positive and professional work environment.

Cons

Work Pace The work can be fast‑paced at times, which is actually helpful for learning and improving time‑management skills. Learning Curve Some projects have a steep learning curve, especially in Data Engineering, but this pushes employees to upskill quickly and gain strong hands‑on experience. Process & Exposure New joiners may take some time to fully understand processes, but with time and guidance, it becomes a good learning experience. Project Dependency Exposure to technologies may depend on the project, but there are opportunities to learn new tools as projects evolve. Overall These challenges help in personal and professional growth and make the work experience more rewarding over time.

Pros

Pay is solid competitive with the market, sometimes better. No complaints on that front. Genuine growth here. Promotions happen if you deliver, not just during annual cycles. Modern tech stack—Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Palantir. You stay relevant. You will deal with real world problem on retail . Direct exposure to US teams. Your work gets visibility, not buried in some offshore silo. Leadership is approachable. I can walk up to my skip-level and have a real conversation. They're investing in the India center. It's not a cost-cutting setup, it's a real tech hub.

Cons

Training and certifications exist, but approvals can be slow. Would love to see more investment here.
