      Pros

      You get good work culture, good people to work, Company is very old and tech stack being used is very old, So People from India are mostly working on migrating to newer systems. Good Number of Leaves

      Cons

      There is no proper business alignment, You would start working on a requirement and after few weeks the business decides to hold and you would suddenly end up working on a completely new stuff. Business Folks work from US, you would be spending lot of time in late IST hours. Sometimes you would miss Work Life Balance. No major Innovation, even though the India's Office is called as Advance India Innovation Center.
