Good place to work.

Pros

Most employees do their jobs. The GM will help you attain your goal if you do your job. The company is stable and you need not worry about the business closing.

Cons

Hours and days change almost weekly making it hard to plan anything. Hard to get 40 hours a week even at full-time. Be sure the work load is shared or you will be the one doing most of the work.

Pros

Steady work for part timer though scheduling tends to show favoritism

Cons

Never enough personel to handle certain peak volume of customers and deliveries . Managers can't exceed corporate daily / weekly hourly llimits. No procedureal compouter training. Its thrown to the woilves learning style. THey change procedurs and criteria with out informing every employee AIds that could improve service are ignored by management as probably costing to much much.
