Pros

Steady work for part timer though scheduling tends to show favoritism

Cons

Never enough personel to handle certain peak volume of customers and deliveries . Managers can't exceed corporate daily / weekly hourly llimits. No procedureal compouter training. Its thrown to the woilves learning style. THey change procedurs and criteria with out informing every employee AIds that could improve service are ignored by management as probably costing to much much.

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

- Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

Cons

- Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
