Pros

Lots of ways to move up. Just need to work hard. Able to get time off with family. Opportunity to learn the business

Cons

Scheduling is computer based, takes human thinking out, sometimes hard to service customers.

Pros

My coworkers are fabulous! They are all male and there is almost no drama with them like there can be with women. Even when the store is dead there is always something new to learn. This job can be very exciting.

Cons

Not everyone works equally and sometimes the part timers are left to finish projects others start. Also no one is really interested in keeping the store clean and neat unless someone important is arriving.
