Pros

This employer, unlike many others, actually has a very good employee discount program with up to 30% off many items that are regularly needed.

Cons

The leadership of each location is key, but it seems as if leadership ability, people skills, and knowlege of automotive needs take a back seat to the "Good ol' boy" (Or Gal) tradition.

Can't stick with a plan and people don't matter no matter what they say. Their actions speak louder than words.

The team I work with. The customers who support me and my team. The fact that I live 1.25 miles away.

Cons

The hours. The constantly changing priorities. The fact that they do not hire from within. The Senior VP talks about time with your family being important, I'm sure he gets some quality time...I don't
