Pros

discount on parts. most everyone gets along, and the work is easy and the pay makes sence. and you get to help people solve problems so everyday can be quite rewarding.

Cons

buerocratic management non-sense. also, very few customers coming into the parts store are happy to be there, so you have to really try to be a light at the end of the tunnel for them. So, if you are having a bad day, it is hard keep a positive attitude. But not taking the customers attitude too personally can help asuage that.

Pros

Advancement opportunities. Higher pay than some competitors for select few. Benefits packages are good. The company overall is really good to work for.

Cons

The company overall is really good to work for if you can stand to work for the in-store GM's. Most I have encountered do not have very professional attitudes. Their business ethics could be better and they could sure be more fair. Lots of "GM drama" .
