      you get to learn alot from working at advance about cars etc you get a pretty good discount over all the benefits are not to horrible if you took them

      Cons

      some of the down sides lol you bust you as over and over and get no where no thank you's from upper managment no raises for killing your self year after year you try to advance and better your position and you get shot down every time for no reason no support what so ever from no one its like working with your self ever day

      Pros

      Part time employees should experience great flexibility with hours. If first starting in the retail automobile parts world, Advance will provide decent training to learn the ins and outs.

      Cons

      Low pay for the what is expected out of employees. Definitely a difficult place to make a career out of.

      Pros

      Advance is a great company to work for. They offer plenty of opportunities for advancement. They have computer based training. They have full health benefits for a reasonable price. Direct deposit. Employee purchasing program

      Cons

      Raises are dependent on store performance and not individual performance. Stores are staffed based on performance from 4 weeks ago. If you are busy this week but was slow 4 weeks ago the computer will forecast lower hours which will leave you understaffed.
