Pros

Get to share and or show abilities to supportive customers, but this is abused by managment.

Cons

Understaffed, hectic at times, demanding is the norm. No results with requests to realign staffing hours. Training is for sales pitches only implying that store growth is through me...it is not...

Pros

The best reason overall is the people are friendly and the job is not to stressful, everybody knows what to do you dont have to keeo telling them what to do.

Cons

Some of the downsides to working at advance autoparts is sometimes you have to.work overtime and even bring your work home with you.

Pros

My coworkers were awesome as well as my manager, I had a lot of fun working there. You will be able to learn a ton about cars and how they work.

Cons

The pay is very lacking for the jobs that you will perform and in smaller stores many times it will be only two employees there at a time, which can be very stressful.
