      Pros

      Work from Home. Leaves & Insurance benefits are good. We got the flexibility to select our timing as we work for onsite (US).

      Cons

      Not happy with Salary as both Employee and Employer contribution were deducted from CTC itself. Discussed many benefits during salary discussion but not able to avail any of them ( might be due to covid situations).

      Pros

      Currently, Company is investing a lot into modernizing its infrastructure and applications. It's a great learning and experience to be part of that journey. Great benefits, pay packages, PTOs, Holidays, ELs, and on top of all that Company always finds opportunities to help employees, like during COVID times by providing financial assistance, COVID-care kits, Oxygen concentrators, etc. You will feel connected with the top-level leadership team and business updates at the Organization level with different town hall meetings happening frequently. Overall, a great place to start your professional career. If you pay attention, you will get seasoned very quickly.

      Cons

      Since it's been less than 2 years since Hyderabad's center is started some teams which are newly formed are not streamlined yet in terms of workflow, reporting, and work-life balance. I guess this is expected during the initial stages.
