      Very good organization to work with. 1. Employee friendly 2. Robust work culture 3. Policy driven and not a "one man show 4. Excellent leave policies 5. Compassionate towards employees 6. Corporate Social responsibilities 7. Great initiatives taken during Pandemic

      Pros

      Lot of benefits including Covid Support, amazing and supportive leadership. Meal, Transportation and Snacks. Chill work culture Awesomely designed office space. Good pay structure. Friendly Sr Management. Easily approachable. The culture is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees.

      Cons

      Could be location for some as it is located at Kokapet - but company provides transportation.
