Pros

Flexibility in work schedule/and have a little freedom in store

Cons

Lack of training constantly receiving attitude when help is needed.Write ups everytime you mess up. Men show no respect to women when its heavy parts that needs to be lefted and when its Pooring rain other parts pro don't offer to take that delivery (I'm a female)

Pros

1. Learn the Automotive business and work as a team. 2.Flexible reasonable scheduling. 3.If you have a good GM & CREW, you will enjoy your job & grow. 4.Great parts & prices. 5. The commercial side can be lots of fun. 6.20% employee discount.

Cons

1. DMs are their achilles heel & most of them are really poor. 2. Mandatory 50hrs for ASM & GMs. 3. The jobs can be very stressful for GMs as most spend 60+hrs a week on the job. 4.The automotive training can be better, but instead they focus too much on you being a pushy salesman versus being an anutomotive expert. 5. On the flipside, if you have a bad GM & lousy crew, you will be miserable.
