Pros

It's a pay check. You get a discount on the parts you purchase from there. The customers are great.

Cons

Lack of recognition from upper management on the postive changes made in the store. Alot of favoritism from upper management. Some get overlooked for promotions even though they are more than able to perform. Some employees are eager to "stab you in the back" to make themselves look good. Store manager likes to lean on the counter, takes multiple smoke breaks, takes personal cell phone calls while on the sales floor, and he doesn't contribute that much to the business.

Pros

Co. has great reputation. Large employer so opportunity for further advancement is available.

Cons

The office space should be worked on - there is no natural light coming in etc. The place should be more sustainable and enviro friendly.
