Pros

This was a very fun environment for me to be in I loved the people I was around and the customers I worked with.

Cons

There were usually quite a few things to do, and corporate interaction was miserable. Corporate does not let a store run the way it needs to.

Pros

Lots of ways to move up. Just need to work hard. Able to get time off with family. Opportunity to learn the business

Cons

Scheduling is computer based, takes human thinking out, sometimes hard to service customers.

Can't stick with a plan and people don't matter no matter what they say. Their actions speak louder than words.
