Pros

Enjoy fellow employees Employee discount is ok if that's what you're in it for. Short drive time, very close to home.

Cons

Just about everything, not a lot of positives really. It's a retail store trying to be a parts store and not the other way around.

Pros

I have learned a lot about auto parts, car problems and how to correct them. I also enjoy meeting people and helping them solve mechanical problems. The best part is when I have so many deliveries that I am out of the store all day. I cover a forty mile radius.

Cons

It often seems that corporate management is totally out of touch with our small-store, rural demographic. Many times the software is changed, and our store is made aware by e-mail the same day. These changes are not always passed on the the help until we run up against the new system and wonder what the heck happened.
