      Pros

      - Mangement cares about their employees - Employees are constantly striving to be better at their jobs and care about the success of the company. - Great benefits (medical, dental, etc, as well as discounts on cell phone service and other items) as well as salary.

      Cons

      - New store initiatives are pushed down to the stores at different times so stores tend to operate differently. - Store mangaement (GMs, DMs, etc.) are not trained on "soft skills"

      Pros

      Employee discount. Like helping people. GM works with you when you need days off. Discounts on products and services (i.e. Verizon, car, home insurance).

      Cons

      Low pay for work requested of doing. Consistantly cutting hours of employees and still expected to get everything done. Computer system not organized very well. Sometimes have to search several headers to find part listings. Have more than enough parts that do not sell and usually not enough of the parts that do sell.

      good co workers, good help, make friends fast, decent pay, bonus program, great benefits,

      micro managers, customers are usually not very friendly, everyone thinks they are a mechanic
