      Pros

      Great work enviroment if you love cars, its as simple as that. Get some gear heads together and have a blast. sell some parts and use your discount to work on your own car.

      Cons

      For what the store makes the pay is horrible, the job takes skill and automotive knowledge and there is no reason why Joe Blow who is car retarded and the next guy who is highly knowledgable should be getting payed the same. Never enough people to work, not enough hours, constant rearranging of inventory, etc. Just like any other sales job.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Lots of opportunities to grow and get promoted. Management staff is great and has lots of knowledge and very helpfull. Fun place to work.

      Cons

      Its a very fast paced environment. Lots of customers coming through. Must work most weekends and holidays. Overall a good place to work.

      Stability - 78 yrs in business Growing - new stores opening company wide Great Benefits that begin almost immediately Pay is very competitive TEAM environment Work/Life Balance is good and fair to team members(remembering it's retail) Training Programs much improved - much needed Leader in the Industry

      Cons

      Retail Hours - knew what signed up for though A lot of changes and fast -- sometimes wish better communication Need better development plans for ready ups - more internal promotions/in training positions
