Pros

it is a easy job they will pay you to train

Cons

upper management has no clue what goes on in the stores. HR has policies and procedures that can be vetoed at any time by District manager discretion. pay is terrible for what they expect out of you and your job is threatened on a daily basis high turn over rate .

Pros

Cool people in general as coworkers decent benefits for part time

Cons

Terrible pay, their priorities are jacked, lots of favoritism, they expect you to stay up on training but pay you like a Walmart greeter.

Purchase "had" good intentions. Very good at making you feel a part of the team. Made me feel good about being an employee before terminating me.

Cons

Stuck to black and white with operations. Sneaky ways around getting rid of employees. Not a family like Carquest was.
