      Potential to Learn with little experience, Possibility of surrounding yourself with solid people

      Cons

      Non competitive wage coupled with poor, oftentimes non existent growth Micromanagement and KPI's are an unrealiable metric and a joke. Operating hours are later than feasible with little return on investment Bonus plans are insufficient and poor for Parts, and Retail management employees.
