The place is flooded with family connections, so you find yourself slowly not trusting the ‘nice’ people because they have no problem taking crap behind your back the moment you turn around. Way too much drama and middle aged women acting like they’re still in high school. Management can be awful, as well as the lack of communication the facility likes to provide- UNLESS you work mornings. If you decide to work any off shifts, forget about communication with other engineers/ higher ups. Everyone is somehow dating everyone (even higher-ups). That place and their people lack a sense of dignity and overall respect for others. They like to preach about FOD, even though no one cleans up the facility and it can become riddled with dust bunnies. They also like to give people write ups/ occurrences for stupid stuff and wonder why they can’t keep people.

If you need anything fixed they aren't respectful of your time or hourly goals. The maintenance hierarchy is the worst when they don't share info on how to fix problems around the clock. They only listen if you have a piece of paper with your name of it (ie: a degree) and they refuse to give extra money when you. are given more responsibilities without a new title.
