VIP(profit sharing) Flexable Hours Climate controlled environment

Cons

Detachment from upper level management and shop floor. Company averages 25%-35% profit margin and hands out 2%-3% merit increases that doesn't keep up with inflation. Not to mention the already depressed salary bands and hourly wages.
