On site work facility is very nice.

Cons

Massive layoff was a popularly contest. A lot of good people let go when business slowed down…now they are hiring again. Maybe they should have retained some of the talent they threw away.

Friendly people. Supportive management. Lots of opportunity to advance. Clean, comfortable work environment. There is a company fitness facility! People are encouraged to volunteer time in community.

Location in small rural community.
