I switched to the claims department without any details about the position. They knew I wanted a different shift and offered it in the form of a claims position. Of course i said yes because the shift provided a better work/life balance. However, once I started the position, it wasn't something that I felt I could do well at. My only options were to make it work, or resign. I was forced into doing the latter, once my health started to plummet. There were no resources to help. I had to put my health first and resign.

Micromanagement to the point of insanity with really just...abysmal training from day 1. The recruiters lie to you (i.e. you get all holidays off - when you work all holidays, including Christmas).
