pay is solid for the region, work from home opportunities are convenient for family's with young children and limited transportation

Cons

the positions are hybrid remote so you will still need to commute to work, the mental stress of being berated by dissatisfied customers will wear you down eventually

Unprofessional with how the speak to employers, disjointed, did mass lay offs right before new year and gave 2 days notice.
