Pros

The atmosphere here is amazing. Since day one I've felt immediately welcomed by everyone in the company, and like my time matters. I have all the tools I need to do my job, and if I ever have any questions, management has an open door policy where I can get answers pretty quickly. This company truly cares about its employees.

Cons

The traffic on the way to work can be terrible.

The promise of a good paying job.

Cons

There is no training. You are left feeling you have to figure it out. The corporate office is not warm and inviting. The culture is be quiet and hopefully you can get through the day without asking a question. Questions are not welcomed. I do not feel welcome. You can feel the tension in the office. It is not a healthy environment where one would thrive.
