I have worked in the Criminal Justice system for more than 25 years. This is by far the best place I have ever worked for in those years. They really do care about the people that they supervise. I am able to give PTO to people that need it because they have run out of their own PTO and have a life event that they need more time off. People that are rating this company low are the ones that try to get things for doing little or nothing. Unfortunately, this is the generation that believes that everything should be given to them. If they are let go it is not their fault. They think they should automatically start at the top.
