      Pros

      This growing company cares about its employees. This is seen in their mentorship initiatives, implementation of employee survey feedback, and peer support programs, to name a just a few. They have an open door policy for communication - no silos - and one can even call the leaders anytime.

      Cons

      Correctional Healthcare is a challenging field with very sick patients. It’s not for everyone, but it’s an opportunity to have a substantial public safety impact.
