Average pay. Self scheduling. Easy floor nurse job. Management job not recommended.

Cons

Demeaning management. Women owned, women led company with NO paid maternity leave. VERY strict with PTO. If you don’t have it they talk to you like a piece of trash to bully you into not taking time off. I am putting in my notice to leave soon. I would not recommend this job to anyone. Unrealistic expectations with the resources given. Absolutely no on the job training.
