Pros

Excellent leadership. This company cares about their employees. Employee recognition program makes employees feel appreciated. Training is based off the company's core values. I LOVE working for this company! I have been a nurse for 25+ years and this company is simply the best.

Cons

I do not feel there are any downsides to this company. All companies will have issues with employees and attitudes, however, this company tends to weed out the negativity, which is a good thing.
