Thank you for the time you spent with our company. We agree that people in the office are friendly and that there is a lot of work to do! That is something we like to spend time in interviews explaining, and reviewing how our flexibility and culture can help with that. Everyone is challenged to work at a high level and ask for help if and when they need it. We agree there is always room for improvement, and that is why we launched our new training company and are transitioning to a new LMS provider to offer increased access to training opportunities! Unfortunately, upon reading your “advice to management”, there is no way to further investigate as there is no factual basis to the claims. It would have been helpful to have specific information when the issue was believed to be happening. This also includes your comments about being “overworked, underpaid, insulted, manipulated and used to report on others”. We take these comments seriously, send out multiple anonymous surveys each year to employees, offer 24/7 access to human resources, and have a mentorship program for staff. We wish this information were reported if it were of a specific factual basis. We wish you the best moving forward.
