Room for growth, advancement, wages, great site managers throughout, jail protocols to fall back on, able to utilize your nursing skills and assessments abilities. Gain confidence which helps build your career.

Cons

Work alone, not always able to get vacation or use your sick time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We realize that at our small sites, it may be difficult to get coverage for vacation and sick time. We are working on finding a solution to this problem and welcome any suggestions you may have. Our employees work hard so we want them to have the time off they need to rest. We understand that recognition goes a long way therefore we stress recognition for all employees.

I have been with Advanced Correctional Healthcare for 5 years now. This a great company to work for, they offer a very competitive salary and benefits. I have had excellent leadership direction from my Regional Manager and always know that I can call on Corp at any time for assistance. I highly recommend Advanced as a employer.

Cons

Advanced does not have jails in every state... But maybe soon! Keep a eye on the website for new openings posted!!

I am not treated like a number, but rather like a member of a family and respected. They expect you to work hard, but in turn will reward you for that effort.
