Great people, old school corporate culture -in a good way. Good benefits

Cons

Can be very very busy, I rarely if ever took a break, but I didn't mind all that much. Lack of parts availability could hamper output which was frustrating.

Comfort Zone and Easy Jobs. Complete equipment for product evaluation.

Cons

Upper management has no plan for Engineer career Growth. Project deliverables and projects TCD are the only important for them. Seniority and long tenure are priority for promotion despite others and more competent engineers are obviously capable and resourceful.
