None. Maybe meeting the VIP whom everyone is terrified of only to find out he is 4'9'' gives you hope that if he can have people afraid and run the company, we ALL have a chance!!!!!!

Cons

Starting with your first day you enter confusion that no one explains and no training. Just horrible place to be in Accounting and Finance Dept. Yelling is considered OK, so you just have to fend for yourself and don't allow it.

Good perks at this company. Raises are few and far between as are bonuses. Lower management understand the technology and try to manage.

Cons

upper management is controlled byt Marketing and causes disastrous changes. Constant changes in upper management leaves little knowledge of what has been done and what should be done.
