Worst local management, poor work location

No serious pros to join this company, unless you don't have a job...

Cons

Very poor local management. Incompetent people managing the show. Very bad work location - the claimed technological company is in the warehouses 30 km away from centre of the city No canteen facilities No public transport in this location, so half day leave is seriously a big concern. Poor commutation facility Incompetent and poor skilled HR and Admin departments

Great mission, good team to work with, good program managers, good work/life balance.

Cons

Very poor senior management - top talent (leaders and staff) left or leaving. Poor communication to staff; hence, it seems like decisions are reactionary and not well thought out. Lack of vision and long range plan. Seems to be directed by electric utilities opposed to representing the interest of the rate payers.
