      Great co-workers and treated as a family Positive attitude and determined to get the job done as individuals or as a team Leadership encourages to learn new things and gives opportunities to do so with educational assistance or hands on experience Clearly known that you are an asset and your role is crucial to the success of the company

      No real Cons. However, if there were any the leadership of the company would work hard to resolve any issues immediately to ensure a positive work environment. They follow the Travis Manion Foundation belief of; "If Not Me, Then Who..."

      I have been here at AMSG going on for a year and only have positive things to say. Excellent management and leadership, and they do a lot to develop you professionally. I am extremely grateful to be a part of such a great company that takes care of its employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits, management focuses billable employees on doing what they are hired to do (work with and for the customer), not a ton of corporate fluff that they don't get recognized for like other competitors. Senior leadership is open to ideas and down to earth. Employees are people first and leadership also recognizes the importance of family and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some growing pains (to be expected at this size). Annual reviews and performance management could be revisited and updated.
