      One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. Leadership takes care of the people within and outside the company. Jim is by far one of the best CEOs I’ve known, salary and benefits are one of the best I’ve seen.

      Haven’t heard or seen anything that needs critique.

      Pros

      - Input welcomed and encouraged by leadership for process improvements - Excellent communications from senior leadership (Town Halls, Java with Jim, etc.) - Superb support from Corporate in areas such as human resources, finance, training, etc. - Many opportunities for personal recognition.

      Cons

      - No contract sometimes means no employment (not uncommon for this industry!)
