The headquarters people always seem to be looking for ways to improve. They have a new snack program. They pay for PMP training. They have a high tech HR support portal with people who actually answer the phone to help you. I like that the CEO sends text messages to individual employees to check in with them. I like the new Lunch & Learn program.
