Pros

You can tell managers try their best to make it a good place. I started in this position with no experience in the medical field and they trained me from the start. It wasn’t easy but my coworkers and managers were there for my questions. They give raises typically on your annual review and pretty good bonuses at the end of the year.

Cons

Parking at the BP office is limited A big case load they need to hire more people

Pros

Going to miss this place and my coworkers. Nice office with a beautiful view of the airports and plenty of parking. Great opportunity to advance yourself within the company. Awesome end of the year party!!!!

Cons

The commute can be bad if you’re not okay with traffic. I wish I could’ve stayed with the company but I’m moving out of state.

Free lunches every month and activities throughout the month. I really like my team and get along with the people here. My managers don’t micromanage. Casual Dress. Bonus each year.
