Pros

I had no sales experience before coming to work at Advanced. They took a chance on me and gave me the tools and resources I need to be successful. Is it always easy? Definitely not. But the upper management team continues to give advice and show their support. They truly do want you to succeed.

Cons

Not really a con but You do have to be ready to work hard. It's not a job where you can just sit behind your desk and expect things to happen for you. Time and effort are expectations.

-Fun but competitive environment where they want you to succeed. -No hand holding- they expect you to take ownership of your own desk which makes you feel empowered and that you're running your own business. -Lots of fun people, music playing, and really nice office.

Cons

100+ calls a day can feel tedious sometimes
