Recruiters are in and out..no job security here unless you're in another department. High stress environment and you're making calls alllll dayyyy lonnggg.

While a large majority agree that Advanced has a great company culture, the sales role is not an easy role but if you work hard , there is no cap on commission and that is rare these days. Now onto the serious allegations of drug use. We have a zero tolerance policy and we encourage employees to report these concerns. There's a lot of room for growth and career opportunity. Leadership is pretty transparent and supportive. Coworkers are amazing, awesome people. Company culture embraces accountability, cooperation, and rewards ambition.

Cons

High energy environment and high expectations of performance might be too much for some people.

The office atmosphere is great, the money is uncapped, and they day flies by. I like my boss too.

Cons

It is a hard job. That is not a joke. But they make that clear in the interview.
