Pros

Great coworkers. They organize fun office activities and outings on occasion. Free coffee.

Cons

The training program is lacking, and the expectations for employees are unrealistic. You have a magnifying glass on you, and if you don't hit your metrics every day then you get called in. You end up sacrificing quality calls for numbers in the system. Very high turnover rate; you constantly feel as though you are on the chopping block.

Extremely supportive staff. Culture is light and fun.

Cons

As with any sales job, you are expected to make things happen and you have a specific amount of time do it. If you work hard and stay focused, you can be successful. This job is not for the self-doubters. You must have a positive mindset and be willing to do the grunt work for the first year. Once you've surpassed the 1 year mark, you're golden! This job has made so many things possible for me and my family. I am happy that I stuck to it!

Good communication throughout the assignment, quick to respond to any needs or concerns and take a personal touch approach to finding the right job for you.

Cons

I did not experience any negative events while working for them for 3 years while traveling in 4 different states across the country.
