If you're looking at those pics thinking its a fun place to work, don't! Most those people were fired with no notice or quit before it was their turn. Definitely a burn em and churn em mentality! You fo well, book the travelers and then they pass them on to someone else before u can start making any real commission! No job security at all! They won't warn you either! You'll think you're doing great!

Free coffee. Office looks out to the flatirons. Work/life balance.

Cons

Lets put it this way, in my short stint they must have hired about 30 people, and retained 1. Calling their new hire process a revolving door is an understatement. You are given three months to hit your numbers and if you don't you're out. Training within the Therapy Recruiting dept was virtually non-existent and I received no mentorship. You almost don't want to make friends with your co-workers because you don't know who will still be around the next day.

We are disappointed to see this review. To provide insight; the training at Advanced is one full week in the classroom learning terminology, technology and business practices. The Colorado Therapy team has two dedicated mentors and a Director to provide coaching and leadership. There are also Senior Recruiter that are available to assist if the mentors are not available. We pride ourselves in having an open sales floor concept to encourage learning and engagement.

Laid back, and good people

Cons

Hard company to do well, and move up. Very political. Most people get let go, even after a year. People are leaving all the time. If they like you, you stay if not you’re gone. Very little coaching and support. You sink or swim. Little transparency company wide. The pay is very low, yes commission is unlimited, but get ready to hustle and play the who do you know game.
