It's more of a laid back work place with just the right amount of supervision. Co-workers are nice and genuinely cares about you as an individual. The most enjoyable part is the teamwork displayed.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is getting used to making cold calls.

They have beer cart Friday's but this is nothing more than making the company look cooler than it is. More words to meet minimum.

Cons

Garbage company that pretends to hire recruiters. It's nothing but cold calls to people who have already been called multiple times a month for at least a year.

Pros

Nice location and office. Good for short term. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

Very high turnover. Leads are called over and over and the opportunity runs out. Calling SNF facilities to ask a full time employee to travel is 99% failure rate. Too niche market for as many recruiters in both offices. If they want so many recruiters expand the parameters of jobs to be filled.
