Team environment. Excellent work life balance. Ongoing training and development. A lot of money to be made there (just expect to get base only for the first few months as you are initially starting out). Loved the management style, they were hands on in training and making sure you hit your goals but also gave you the freedom to run your desk as if it was your own business. They expect results but they give you all the tools to get there. It's hard work but it definitely pays off! If personal situations did not require me to move, I would still be there today. Would definitely recommend!

I have read the recent negative reviews and I am here to tell you that I worked for Advanced Medical and yes it is hard. Yes there is turnover. Yes there are high expectations. However, this was made clear in my interview. I didn't have much sales experience and I needed a lot of guidance. I recieved more training and one on one coaching in the time that I was there than I did in all of my jobs combined. Sure the staff is busy, but they tell you that it's an open door and to communicate your needs. Even my first deal was basically done by my mentor. This job is not for everyone, it wasn't for me. But I enjoyed my time there and took alway some valuable lessons that have served me well in my new role. I still have very close relationships with the people I met during my time with Advanced, and I even referred a budy of mine from college (I hear he's doing well) :)
