      Pros

      Amazing culture. Builds a strong sense of together-ness. How successful I am was up to me. One of my favorite things about Advanced Medical is there is no micro-management! Treat me like a professional and trust I'm doing my job.

      Cons

      Still sitting at my keyboard trying to think of something to write and can't come up with anything. More beer cart Friday maybe :)

      Pros

      The key factor for me that separates Advanced Medical from any other company I've worked for is their understanding of how to treat people. From day one, I saw and experienced first hand that they treat people like valued assets. Even with tremendous growth, their core values never wavered. Five star and high class.

      Cons

      I've been sitting here for five minutes trying to make up a con, but struggling to come up with something.
