If you are a therapist, you will be valued. Constant forward moving company

Cons

If you are anything other than a therapist, you will be undervalued and underpaid. Depending on where you work, you are valued based on popularity; not quality of employee. Management at Corporate office are toxic.

Nice clean work environment.

Cons

Highly questionable ethical standards. Employees rewarded for billing more. No focus on patient outcomes. Owners and managers only focused on financial gains vs. patient care. No focus on continuing education. Would never recommend this company to someone in the community for care or for a person seeking employment. This company would rather hire new grads with no experience who they can pay less vs. any experienced staff who can mentor other staff members.
