Although I have only been here for two years, I worked in partnership with Advanced Solutions for more than ten years before my employment here. It was the company's business ethics that made Advanced Solutions, the right choice for me.
Many people don't realize that Advanced Solutions is made up of 7 different companies. I work for the largest of the 7, Design Software. I am very encouraged with the level of innovation Advanced Solutions is bringing to the market. I attribute this to our CEOs passion for technology and entrepreneurship. But it is not just his passion that makes this company successful; it is his investment in the employees. Michael continues to look for new ways to increase employee satisfaction and retention such as improved compensation plans and PTO. He has a true open door policy and appreciates hearing from any of the Advanced Solutions employees.
I work in the AEC division with people who are friendly, respectful, and collaborative. I have an excellent manager who encourages me to work independently and gives me the ability to make the right decisions and execute my ideas.
