Pros
I have worked at Advanced Solutions for several years. ASI sells innovative technology that helps our customers become efficient and profitable while enabling them to build quality products. The company offers various employment opportunities from accounting to sales to engineering. I have seen the company grow from a small midwestern to a nationwide company. One of the things I like best is how the company treats the employees like true professionals by allowing you independence to do your job anywhere. The company is completely cloud thus mobile. There is a management training program that is outstanding which is unique for a company with ~160 employees. The CEO also has a rewards trip almost every year where he takes a group of top performing individuals and immerses them with luxury. The next trip is Hawaii. The must mention all of the smart people. I feel like I have the resources to do anything with the team of people I have around me. I have industrial, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers whenever my team needs help. Many of these people have been with the company for 10, 15, 20 years... The company has excellent benefits that you would expect at a much larger company.
Cons
Because ASI treats gives the employees a lot of freedom, this may not be the best company for people that need to be told what to do often. ASI has gone through a transition from a perpetual to a subscription model which has been a change, however ASI as a whole has performed well through this transition. There is always plenty of work to do, so I can get caught up in working too much.

You can sell some interesting technology in the realm of automation and data management.
Cons
Poor training, ASI has to act in combination with Autodesk, Poor company culture, DS management talks in circles.
