Pros

Always busy. There is always something to do or some job that needs to be done, which makes for very fast days and even overtime.

Cons

Always being busy does have its cons. There is a lot going on at any given time and a lot of heavy machinery and a lot of people working all the time. Parking can be a hassle most of the time because of shipments coming and going and a lot of employees as well.

Pros

Co-workers are great people, hard workers, positive attitudes, always willing to teach & learn. Alot of opportunities to learn different trades of the machining world. Mon- Friday work schedule which is great for life balance & O.T is optional.
